What are the best, most singular remedies for pain and stiffness of osteoarthritis that are not NSAIDs but a prescription or homeopathic supplement.

I have been using CBD tincture, edibles and I have been taking Tylenol. I am suppose to stay away from Advil etc too. Also Epson salts with CBD crystals are great for soaking in the tub.
