Struggling with OSDD and Identifying Switches

Helloo- My name is Kayden/Jae. I have been to therapy and have been suggested by a therapist to have OSDD, but have never be diagnosed. I’ve noticed over the past few years especially last year, I experienced lots of dissociation and a bit of amnesia. I don’t know my alter count but due to what people around me say, it seems to be upward to 25+. According to people my personality changes a lot and I seem a bit disconnected from the world around me. I have never been able to “hear” my headmates, but only recognize them from people telling me my mood is different than what it just was. Does anyone have any idea on how I could identify switches? How do I communicate to headmates to know who they are?

We started using SimplyPlural. It tracks your switches and after a while of tracking the ones you notice, you pick up on things that signify what headmate it fronting.

A journal next to your bed might help :) or maybe a journaling app, so you can take it anywhere? Just so yall can write your thoughts. We have Twinote and it's really cool, also SimplyPlural is great for keeping track of who's fronting
