What do you think about clonazepam?

Taken it for a few years. I was on Xanax 4xday. Dolmane (flurazepam) 30mg to sleep. To get to 0.5 Klonopin has been so, so brutal. I have just started sleeping about 2-3 hours a night since October. The only thing it did was lessen the seizures. I felt no relief from Panic/fear since then. 2015 I started Benzos, and it's made me curse the day my father even saw my mother. It's not possible to go on like this. I would urge anyone to stop taking them(after a reasonable taper) as soon as possible. They are directly linked in Alzheimer's/dementia and are pulling people off of them. I imagine a class action lawsuit will be coming. Big Pharma came out with 8,yes EIGHT new Benzos in 2024. They changed a portion of the chemistry that leaves less platelets to build up in the Brain. I feel Klonopin is best for night terrors. Not panic attack. I have multiple panic attacks a day while on .5 mg. I had a pacemaker installed in 2020. When the heart palpitations start,my mind goes right to panic...My brain is Telling me I'm having a heart attack, stroke,etc. I'm so sick of having the worst flu for several months now.

Has not stopped my seizures at all. In fact I was hospitalized 2 weeks ago from a gran mal seizure. Seriously hurt my back, neck, shoulder, and lower back falling into a bath tub. It lasted 25 minutes roughly. I don't remember a thing besides the 11 sec video my brother got. Klonopin for me is hell. I honestly hope that you can find something else to help you. I'm going to see if I can switch to Ativan. Klonopin isn't even for seizures. 1 last fact that it is the #1 leading killer of Vets and medical patients.

WORST DRUG EVER!! I was on 6 mg daily. Felt like I was sleeping my daughter's life away

I love it. It helps me with acute stress

I take it every night

It makes me hung over feeling and exhausted for a good 12 hours but, it does help the anxiety....
