Opening up about plurality to medical professionals

A bit nervous to work on diagnosis. we've been over the symptoms in therapy and have started the discussion but I'm so afraid of people thinking I'm just crazy. how can I combat the anxiety of opening up about plurality to medical professionals?

maybe think about it In terms of validation of your symptoms Instead of labeling you as “crazy”. for me, my diagnoses that I have helped me realize that it wasn’t all in my head and while it hasn’t necessarily been easy to accept all the time, it’s still been validating
