I've had a horrible flare up again and the one on the front of my shoulder is oozing what do I do?

Also, have you tried a cold wet washcloth to help with the inflammation and pain? And dead sea salt baths have made a huge difference for me.

If you can, talk to a doctor and see if they'll prescribe kenalog cream, it's worked well for me, if you don't have that option you can try cortizone cream, that has also worked for me but not usually on bad flares . Generally try to keep it clean, like wash it off periodically when it oozes. Keep it moisturized with nonscented lotions, they make stuff that's supposed to be "soothing" and/or says it's for eczema. I'd avoid anything that's supposed to be super moisturizing or feels like it leaves a thick film, your skin needs to be able to breathe.
