Betterhelp.com has been recommend by several of the YouTube channels I watch. Check with your insurance, they might have a telehealth option for you.

Looking for therapists who offer telehealth services would be helpful, and a lot more places are offering it now with COVID going on. Most insurance plans have an online directory where you can see who is covered in your area, but always make sure to double check. Best of luck!

I recently signed up for Sanvello, I’m not sure what the coverage is for the therapy-they do offer therapy. But I put in my insurance info, and my insurance is awful, and I have free access to the resources in the app, thought tracking, meditations, goal setting etc. I recommend you check it out. I would also call your insurance or log onto your insurances website and search their directory. Also, google is your friend! Good luck!
