Persistent one-sided headache

Anyone else have a tightening one sided headache for weeks? It’s like right there on the temple and eye… 😩

i get those sometimes, it feels so horrible, but not often though. my migraines are more like pressure based like squeezing a balloon kinda. having one for weeks sounds miserable.. ive only ever had 3 day long or less migraines. I usually put an icepack (cause its colder longer) on my eyes when i get them. helps with the tension a bit.
