I have one kidney and high blood pressure too and it sucks. I'm also always tired. No.matter how much I sleep too. :(

I’m always tired and have high blood pressure. However my doctor doesn’t believe it’s kidney related.

Yep always tired. I try to fight it with eating peppermints. They give a lil boost. Been doing that for years
