Anyone else experiencing smell hallucinations?

Does anyone else have olfactory hallucinations (smell hallucinations)? I was telling my therapist about how I smell electrical fires randomly no matter where I am that nobody else can smell, and she mentioned that it is common for people with Bipolar disorder to have these hallucinations, but I had never known that before. I'm just curious of anyone else experiences this.

That's a very common symptom of one type of epilepsy (no regular seizures just olfactory hallucinations), maybe consult a neurologist (I had that and anti epilepsy drugs mostly stopped it)

You just have very sensitive sense of smell, which is very commonly amongst people with bipolar disorder. You are high functioning!!! You can either ignore it! Or move to another city/state/region

The purpose of moving is because you could be smelling a real threat and your body is warning you to prevent you from becoming a casualty!! Good luck. Look up "high functioning" , bipolar disorder , mania and "mental illness"

Olfactory hallucinations are known to be CAUSED BY DEMONS , OR KARMA , OR DEATH. Try to keep your favorite potent essential oil with you at all times! 🪔 Frankensense oil , lavender oil , peppermint ..., eucalyptus , lemongrass , sweet almond , tea🌴tree , sandalwood , and so many others. It may be gastrointestinal. Buy licorice sticks (chew sticks made out of licorice root) , neem chew sticks (which I found on sale on ebay!) , etc. Chew on them and change the gases in your stomachs and digestive tracts with this to start the process of getting rid of this. Red meats all have worms naturally BUT ALSO BACTERIA (Which causes the oder you smell!!!). These are natural. If you're healthy they are not harmful. As well as dairy. So know where it's coming from!

Just a thought but wondering if what your smelling is negative or positive ions. I can smell negative ions more than ppl around me. An example of negative ion would be “smelling” rain fall. Not sure if that connects with what you’re smelling but could be something to look into and see. I would say overall I smell a lot of things others around me don’t but I’ve never thought of it as a hallucination.
