are days where you do nothing really okay? i have a minor cold and called out because i feel awful and haven't had a break day in weeks. i'm working and in school, failing 3 of 4 classes. i didn't have a real "break day", though, just was lazy and did nothing. my partner says i needed to rest, but i still feel so guilty. does anyone else feel this way?

1 it is absolutely okay. 2 they are very important for our health and not just mental health. 3 it is also totatlly normal to feel like that.... whenever I take a break day even when I'm sick and it hurts to move, I feel guilty and have to talk myself into laying down and keep talking myself into staying down
