Odd Symptoms for a Week - Need Advice

I’ve been having odd symptoms for about a week now: positional vertigo, pain in the ears that comes and goes, major brain fog, nausea spells that last several hours, and occasional shooting headaches that run from the back of my head through my eye socket. As it first came on I thought it was just sinus issues, as I have a history of bad sinus problems, but I don’t really have any sinus symptoms and sudafed doesn’t seem to do anything (nor does ibuprofen, excedrin, or naratriptan). My right eye also keeps either twitching or feeling like there’s something in it even though I know there isn’t. I haven’t changed meds or anything recently and the only real change in my life is that allergy season has started and apparently I am quite allergic to my new home state. Anyone else dealt with something like this with EDS? Did it sort itself out or do I need to try to find a nonexistent spare hour this week to go see my primary?
