My migraines are pain. But my mom gets pretty bad ocular migraines with no pain. They made her very nervous too.

I have had migraine the last few days and my allergies and sinus issues have been acting up I didn’t even think about them being related but it makes sense! I had some weird vision the other day- it is alarming. But the anxiety made it worse so trying to ground and do breathing was helpful.
