What is something to help me ground myself when my ocd is acting up and making me feel like my intrusive thoughts are real feelings

I always confront them. I had a day where my ocd was telling me my fiancé was cheating on me, when I knew he would never so I texted his bestfriend “he would never cheat on me right?” And hearing his conformation of what I knew helped a lot. The worst thing about OCD is you can’t always confront them. And you can’t ignore them. But I’ve found confronting the ones you can and reassuring yourself for the ones you can’t helps alot. Just keep repeating that you don’t need to do that. Or that it’s not true. My bestfriend tells her brain to shut up when the OCD gets bad, she just says out loud “Shut Up”
