Feeling like there's something evil in my head

does anyone else woth ocd or bipolar dusorder feel like there is something in the back of their head that is evil and trying to sabatoge their life.

Been there. Usually for me it's self destructive feelings and thoughts in the background. Took me a long time to figure this out. For a long time I just thought I was naturally bad.

You arent alone with that, i dont think we’re naturally bad because of disorders. Sometimes its like being bullied by another completely evil being that shares our name. We just have to cope with our responses
