Can't Stop Singing: OCD or Just Annoying?

I haven't officially been diagnosed with OCD but it does run in my family. I always get songs stuck in my head and I constantly sing them over and over again. It drives my family and me crazy but I can't stop. I'll try to sing a different song and it works for a few minutes but then I go right back to the same song. This goes on for hours. Does anyone else have a problem similar to this?

what do you do to help or cope with this?

I have been living w/ it since I m nine. Did not work a lot because of it. I am on anafranil for it ..which maybe takes the edge off. I m in the MH field which helps w/ understanding and accommodation
