OCD and Body Dysmorphia: When Your Mind Controls Your Goals

Does anyone else with ocd and body dysmorphia/eating disorders find that your ocd sometimes decides your body goals? For weeks I desperately wanted to get to an 11.1 bmi only because it's an angel number and I have spiritual ocd involving numbers.

I struggle to eat, I will go months without eating because I have a little belly fat even though technically I'm skinny, my brother always tells be I'm fat and a pig, and my parents always compare us, I will go so long just to try and get rid of the extra fat that my blood sugar gets so low ill start to shake uncontrollably, everyone is always saying "your too skinny, eat a burger" or "you eat too much, slow down, you pig stop eating everything" and I'm just like I don't understand what u want from me
