Occasional wrist pain with hypermobility - need an xray?

So I am still being evaluated for EDS, but ofc i have hypermobility, and I have this occasional wrist pain in my left wrist. It comes and goes but it is the exact pain every time. Any ideas as to what it could be? I’m curious as if I will need an xray on it or not.

People with EDS are more likely to develop carpal tunnel syndrome. I had it and didn't realize it but it could also be bones in your wrist dislocating I have mine relocated at osteopathic muscle manipulation every month
