Obsessing Over My OCD Again
I'm going to be sick, dude. I'm obsessing over my OCD again and I've developed a new weird one, ZOCD. Like why would anyone want to do that and why are there so many people justifying it when it's clearly disgusting and wrong? My somatic symptoms are nuts. The justifications are clear but it's not clicking.

Hi, POCD haver here. It disgusts me too and it makes me incredibly uncomfortable, but for me at least knowing there's people out there who can relate comforts me.

I've dealt with both of these, ZOCD and POCD, and yeah it really just helps to know others can relate. Just makes me feel less like a monster.
