Numbness and Pins & Needles in Hands

anyone wake up with numbness or pins & needles in their hands? I do most mornings. x

That happened to me when my carpal tunnel and ulnar nerve issues started. Is it in your palm, your fingers or thumb? It eventually developed into pain and I had to have corrective surgery for both separately. There are things to do before it gets to that point. Seeing a hand or orthopedic specialist is a good idea. There are preventative measures that can help avoid surgery sometimes, including physical therapy.

thanks this helped me! My right pinky finger has been numb for almost 2 years now (not painful, but slightly worrisome)
