Numbness in toes after foot injury

around 3 weeks ago I flew off my bicycle and gained a hairline fracture on the top of my foot (that wasnt that bad, but putting pressure was agonizing) I was instructed to wear a walking boot, here I am a few weeks later and the bruising has not went away, and within the past 10 minutes I've gained a bunch of numbness in my toes near where the bruising is. I had numbness before, but it went away and this is strictly my toes? I've had the boot off and elevated my foot above my heart, but nothing is working and the numbness is becoming alarming. is this normal?
