I have been experience numbness in my feet when I go out for a walk. I have tried compression socks and that seems to alleviate some of the issues. Also use massage gun on calves as well as compression treatments. Anyone have any suggestions to alleviate the numbness or is this something I need to learn to live with due to type 2 diagnosis?

One suggestion from a user is to try alpha-lipoic acid 600mg, liquid vitamin B with CBD, and daily exercise to combat the numbness. They also mentioned using a foot massager machine to increase circulation. However, it's essential to consult with a doctor for personalized advice and treatment options.
