Numbness in extremities

Does anyone else end up with numbness in their extremities from the weirdest things? Even just laying in bed and typing on my phone some of my fingers start tingling and going numb 😢

Is this due to Raynaud’s or perhaps something else? Seems so concerning 😥

I think Raynaud’s is what causes it though I have neuropathy too

Ohhhh my gosh! Yes!!! And not even because I’m putting any pressure or sitting oddly (like when most people have their foot fall asleep). NO. It’s just out of nowhere! What’s weird is I’ve had this since I was little and had no idea it may be related to things I’m dx now…but I’m curious

Yes. I’ve been told my Raynauds isn’t necessarily related to temperature, that my veins just spasm and close up whenever they want. So mine hits whenever.

Yes! I’ve been dealing with my feet going numb when I walk a short distance (~.5 mile) when it’s not very cold (~40°F)…

Yes I've had that problem usually when I've been experiencing alot of episodes. During the night my feet usually turn numb and burn when I get up to walk. I think it might be small fiber neuropathy or related to that.

Playing games or being on my phone, I always prefer for the inevitable numbness from not moving my fingers constantly to keep up that blood flow lol. Thats part of when I started questioning Reynauds because it seemed to happen so quickly when I hadn't even been sitting there for an hour
