Numbness and Heavy Arm with Spinal Stenosis

I started to feel numbness in my hands and sometimes my left hand and arm feel heavy and a weird sensation that goes up and down my arm and some times it feels like I have a blood pressure cuff on my hard feels weird I'm I suppose to feel this with spinal stenosis
