Numbing Pain in Feet: Seeking Advice

Hi so i have always had bad anxiety but this year introduced me to new stressors I’m in my 20s and fairly healthy physically blood work is okay but i started feeling a numbing pain in my feet that goes up to my knees sometimes and part of my calf muscles will spasm and feel tight i feel weak and haven’t been able to get myself to exercise the doctors show no sign of much idk what to do I’m trying to be calm. Has anyone felt anything similar?

I have a similar issue. I think if your blood work came back fine and there's no other clear issues, it might just be muscle tension. I get such bad muscle tension sometimes that my nerves feel like their on fire, and I can physically the tension in my muscles. When you feel the pain, maybe try standing up and moving around? That might just get the muscles working again. If it doesn't stop though, I would still go to a doctor.

It's not exactly the same for me. I usually get shaky legs and kind of dizzy when my anxiety perks. I may talk fast and I'll get overemotional over little things

yes! I’ve definitely felt that this does feel slightly different as it’s been going for like two or three weeks
