Numb Limbs During Panic Attack

Does anyone experience their limbs going numb during a panic attack?

My hands and feet will feel tingly, cold, and sort of numb. It’s uncomfortable. I usually make sure I’m moving around, walking, as this tends to help me.

If your saying like pins and needles and muscles locking up, yes. Full blown panic attack makes my arms and legs feel like they fell asleep. It’s very scary! Now that I know it’s due to a panic attack, I can usually breath through it before it gets to that point.
