Constantly Numb Fingers, Need Help!

My fingers are constantly going numb especially when I'm sleeping, I've figured out that hanging the hand of the bed had helped my fingers from going numb and stretching my neck helps as well... Does anyone have some ideas of what works for them?

Yes! It happens with my feet as well and I have no idea why. I don’t really have any advice but I’m curious about what other people think!

I also suffer from carpal tunnel and my doctor's suggests sleeping with the braces on, do you have carpal tunnel that you know of?

Happens to my hard & arms all the time. Sleep on my side with my arm out straight in an L and realized I was unconsciously subluxing it out of joint (happens to me all the time) and it was causing the circulation to cut off. Trying to not do that anymore and it’s not waking me up numb as much. But only happens with subluxation or if circulation is pinched so you’re sounds different. Tingling in hands can also be a sign of different vitamin deficiencies (some Bs, D, E) and from excess alcohol consumption. If stretching your neck out help, it could be something is going on in your neck that’s a sign of pinched nerve or some irritation/inflammation in the neck. I find if I don’t get massages regularly mine gets much worse. Hopefully you can figure out the root cause and find a solution that works for you.

I have an MRI of my neck on June 20th, I use to get massages at my physical therapy, but I've felt like it helps me at the time but the numbness and pain comes back in about 40-an hour. I also get accupuncture which to be honest is painful for me most of the time, yes it loosens my back but my back begins to hurt about 20 minutes after my session.
