Seeking Advice: Signs of Pre-Menopause?

How do I know if I am in pre menapose? I’m in my late twenties. I have PMDD. Buuuut, things have changed. I’m waking up drenched every night around that time. Which is new. And I’m barely at a spot during period. If it’s more it literally TWO days before I end.
