As NekoTeto123 stated, gender euphoria is a better indicator of being trans. The narrative that suffering is the only way to prove you're trans is false and harmful. I have a friend who experiences no gender dysphoria. He only realized he was trans when he was cast in a male role in a play and the euphoria he got from that eventually led to him figuring it out. I've been on T for 5 years now and sometimes still wear a tank top. Focus on what makes you comfortable and happy. Focus on the euphoria side. Cis people don't have to love their bodies to be cis; we don't have to hate ours to be trans. Good luck!

It’s okay to not experience gender dysphoria! Everyone’s gender journey is different, and that means different experiences. Gender is a social construct and has nothing to do with your body, you don’t need to change or be uncomfortable with your body to be transgender 💕

Not at all! Gender dysphoria isn't what makes you trans. It's gender euphoria when you live as yourself that does! I rarely experience dysphoria, but that doesn't make me any less trans! Keep living your life man, wishing you the best :)
