I have tried the a tincture, capsule supplement, and a few powders, but by far the Ten Treasure Mushroom Powder available on Amazon is my brain's favorite. πŸ˜‰ It is an organic mushroom blend that is 100% fruiting bodies and also contains higher than 30% beta d glucans. So this product fits my requirements. The taste is good too. It's like a rich chocolatey earth flavorπŸ„ It is not a mushroom coffee, so no caffeine; however, the nootropic Lion's Mane and Turkey Tail ect. is HIGHLY stimulating and focusing. I stopped taking my Adderall because it works so well! I will copy and paste what mushrooms are in it: 10-IN-1 MUSHROOM POWDER: Wixar Naturals contains 10 premium blend mix of ingredients such as Lion's mane (Hericium Erinaceus), Reishi (Ganoderma Lucidum), Cordyceps (Cordyceps Militaris), Turkey tail (Trametes Versicolor), Chaga (Inonotus obliquus), Maitake (Grifola frondosa), Shiitake (Lentinula Edodes), King Trumpet (Pleurotus Eryngii), Agaricus Blazei and Willow Bracket (Phellinus Ignatius). Our products are made with non-GMO, gluten-free ingredients, and we follow GMP standards. NUTRITIONAL VALUE: With a blend of essential, potent ingredients to help with memory, focus and clarity, immune defense, gut health, natural adaptogen, and energy, we provide products that the body needs to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Our mushroom supplement powder can be mixed with coffee, smoothies, soup, cooking, etc., for a delicious treat.

Would you mind telling us which one have you tried? I've seen a few types (powder, pills, tincture) & have wanted (to come off my pharma meds) to try one but I'm dubious as they all go on to say don't try without speaking to your Dr but my Dr's won't even entertain a conversation about it.
