      L-Theanine (amino acid used for both calm clear focus and sleep/relaxation), Valerian root (herbal supplement with sedative effects), 5-HTP (precursor to serotonin) And if you’re located in a legal state, high CBD-low thc tinctures/gummies from a reputable/state licensed dispensary may also help if you’re open to using cannabis products. Only thing is that the effectiveness/response can vary from person to person, and the formulations vary depending on the dispensary. These are the non-pharmaceutical remedies that work for me.
