Tried atomoxetine for ADHD because I don't want to go the stimulant route. (I'd rather not have a drug test annually because I medicate with marijuana for migraines and anxiety) It made me SUPER nauseated, too the point I was committing most days. Anyone have any tips for dealing with ADHD that are not stimulants?
I use a calendar and set reminders and created a habit of asking myself if what I am doing is on task or helping to complete a task and it’s been helping me through the toughest days
I just started atomoxetine. I've seen a few people say issues go away after a while so I'm hoping that's the case for me because WOW do I not like spending half my day feeling like I just got punched in the stomach
