Water therapy, bracing/compression, massages/foam rolling, strength training (ex: pilates), physical therapy, and heating pad/ice packs

i notice my pain and dislocations can be significantly reduced with regular, safe exercise, when im able to keep up with it.

Cannabis saved me from having to take opioids. Treats my nausea, GI spasms, migraine, Joint and muscle pain. You build up a tolerance after a while and I don't even get "High" anymore, just relief. The only drawback so far is it is hard to find ways to medicate in public and it can be expensive

cannabis & physical therapy. using VR as a way to exercise at home is a great way to keep up my balance and strength too!

Compression socks 1000%. Weed also really, really helps. Anaerobic workouts also help a ton for me. I suggest just putting on some compression socks then eating an edible or somethin lol
