Is there anything you've found to help relieve symptoms of depression/anxiety that doesn't involve medication?

Just me personally idk. I think for me just getting out of bed and showering helps me a lot. It always boosts my mood a bit. And when that doesn’t help personally I use some canabis. It helps my anxiety calm down.

Meditation apps saved me when I was first DX with MS!! I meditated daily with Headspace for two years and it really helped me! That and reaching out for an online community with my condition.
ROUTINE. setting small goals for yourself. Therapy. An example of small goals is, I'm going to do the dishes and then I can sit down and relax, smoke, read, scroll social media. But I set a timer. When the timer goes off I switch out the clothes that have been in the washer for 4 days, clean that area. Then I will take another small break. I always use a timer. View EVERYTHING as a goal. Take a shower? You just achieved a goal. Made yourself a sandwich? That's a goal. The more you do that, the more your brain will release those happy chemicals. It helps when you feel overwhelmed. Your brain effects everything.
