Looking for non-medical solutions for mental health

@Greywolf7000 most who have died from kratom use, is actually bc of another drug in their system as well. It's extremely hard to O.D. on strictly kratom alone. Of course, don't mix with other meds or alcohol. Especially alcohol. And, don't take if you have bad kidneys, heart, etc... Body must be able to process it properly.
