I loved IBGard! Not going to lie, it was a bit weird taking them (burps and hiccups are minty—watch out!) with minty side effects, but I loved them! I stopped them though because they got too expensive for me. :(

I use cannabis and find it helps immensely with nausea, stimulating my appetite + stomach pains!

There’s this one position called “fetal position” or something like that. I recommend you search it up, it helps with pain and everything
