Experiencing Non-Epileptic Seizures While Conscious

Does anyone experience non-epileptic seizures / seizures while remaining conscious? I'm having them most nights nowadays, I wondered if it might be Restless Leg Syndrome AND Restless Arm Syndrome except most of the time it's full body, my torso twitches / convulses too. I'm also wondering if it's dissociative seizures / non-epileptic attack disorder. I haven't met anyone else who experiences this and I'm very distressed and confused 😞

So I was dxed with fnd and I get episodes that resemble seizures where half of my body tenses up and then shakes, and I'm semi-aware of my surroundings. Still trying to figure out how to treat them though.

I have FND and this is a bit similar to some of my seizures. They're a little more complex now for the most part but I do still get these, though most of the time it's atonic seizures (basically a seizure in which you fall limp). I've had two fully conscious tonic clonic seizures though
