      Alternate hot and cold, such as and ice pack and a heating pad. Use one for 15 minutes, then switch to the other for 15 minutes. Very gentle stretching, done daily. Gentle massage or firm (but not tight) pressure by holding the area with your hands. Do this yourself, as needed, but if you can, also look for a massage therapist who is familiar with muscle spasticity/dystonia or something similar, and who will really listen to you. I also rub on a CBD/CBG oil. Most are not worth the money and work primarily because of other ingredients in them, like menthol, so you have to be careful. There are only a handful that are really any good and worth the money. I'm also very grateful for my medication for spasticity. And for nerve blocks. It helps keep me functional and walking. So do all the other things I mentioned, but without my medication and nerve blocks, I would probably be in a wheelchair.
