Common but not often talked about: fear-of-being-pedophilic intrusive thoughts. Usually along the lines of "aww that baby is so cute. Oh god, what if I'm a pedophile because I think that baby is cute"

A lot of the time you get bizarre intrusive thoughts. I know that OCD is also on a spectrum, like everything else. Even though I was diagnosed with OCD, the person who diagnosed me also said my OCD is mostly obsessive and not always compulsive. I have them, I am just able to control most of them because of how messed up I was raised as a child.

duuude i feel you with the bizarre thoughts. i'll be minding my business and doing my thing and suddenly my brain is like "what if we're actually dead right now?" like, what the heck, brain? what is the reason????
