Looking for Non-Caffeine Energy Boosters

Does anyone know anything that would get my energy up instead of coffee or anything with caffeine and sugar? I'm worried when I start my job (next week) I'm going to be insanely tired, hopefully by the time next week these iron pills will kinda take effect and get rid of some of my low ferritin symptoms 🙏

Energy can be tied to many things. So it’s worth making sure your magnesium, vit d, other nutrients and sleep are on track. If those are, your issue might be tied to stress management. You can also get cortisol tests that will tell you if your out of wack. Often times when they are people can feel more exhausted. DHEA and prégnenalone really help with that. But you do need to dose those correctly. I saw a difference in 10 days.

Try a typical over the counter dose of vitamin d or talk with your doctor to check your levels (basic blood draws)

Make sure you get a good healthy meal and plenty of water, and back some nuts for a snack (if you're not allergic and not worried about the fat in the nuts)

Granola snacks with low sugar really boost my day up. Also fruit like dates or dried cranberries with walnuts help me get through the day

Mint. So gum, candies, essential oils, the mint leaves, etc. all help with energy levels. Ginsing and a few other herbs help with energy levels. Just make sure you do proper research before using oils or herbs.
