Looking for Others with NON-24 Sleep Wake Disorder

Yes I'm sighted and have been dealing with this for almost my whole life. It's to the point where all my friends and family know what I mean when I say I can't meet up with them this weekend because I'm 'fixing my sleep'. How in the world does anyone keep a job with this disorder? It's my number 1 fear that keeps me from applying to jobs.

I recently read that Delayed is a sometimes part and parcel to ADHD, and I immediately thought, "Why has no one told me before?!?!" and "This is why mental health awareness is and safe spaces are incredibly important".

And you’re not alone, though it sucks not knowing anyone else like us in person and it’s literally weird as hell having a disability of time (versus like one of space, like a mobility issue) there are others like us, despite being sighted, who got dealt this hand
