do you take your anxiety medication after noon? because if you do, that can also be a factor in why you get nocturnal panic attacks. I read that when taken after noon, it can be anxiety inducing. I also started doing a quick 1-2 minute breathing exercise with calm music, guided meditation in the morning after sleep and at night before sleep and it really helped with my morning anxiety + chest tightness.

Well i normaly have bad anxiety bwfore going to sleep bc i dont like the idea of everyone else in the house going to sleep if something goes wrong. But i breathe. If nothing else. I can just breathe. I know that the sun will be up by 7. I know that everyone will be up by like 9. And if anything i can just wait it out and pull an allnighter. Sometimes if i have rlly bad panic attacks. Ill go into my bathroom and sit on the floor bc of my nausea. If im already in the bathroom. Im ready to puke. Im okay. And the feeling will eventually pass.
