do y'all sometimes get this pain in ur chest, u just want to scream and have a good cry but no matter how hard u try no tear comes out so u feel even worse?

Yess, this happened to me last night, I'm manic right now and started making bad decisions and regretted it so bad I wanted to cry and scream but nothing came out
