Hi hun! I turn soft lamps on and my TV. I usually turn on a comfort movie. Sometimes I experience age regression and turn on something pleasant that I used to love as a kid ❤️ hope this helps!

Oh yes, I've had my share of sleepless nights.. I try to make my bedroom feel like a safe haven, with cozy lights and comforting pillows :-) Also, have a friend on call for the bad days. Be well!

I usually keep on a nightlight and need a fan playing or a tv with nature sounds for sleep otherwise I start feeling extremely paranoid. Hope this helps!
