Does anyone does Nicotine Vape 5%. I only do it for those 10 seconds and I have to wait to my body to Recharge to next use. My wait time is about 4 hour until I can do it again. And I want that feeling all the time. It’s slightly Euphoric. But I know it’s bad for the long run. Idk what to do. I’m addicted. It’s probably a phase. Hopefully

      I also use a nicotine vape, I hit my vape constantly and it's HORRIBLE for anxiety but it's just like any addiction, hard to curve. having mental illness and using substances to cope is risky and doesn't always pay off, maybe when you feel like vaping try an alternative ? maybe do 10 push ups, or take a walk. or journal even. anything that's a healthy alternative to distract yourself from that nicotine craving honestly.

      I used to hit my vape all the time it’s such an addictive thing, I’ve been off vaping for about a week and I feel great! Just throw it out, no excuses no after this I’m done, just get rid of it. It’s easier said than done I know trust me but u feel so much better not being a slave to a little device that pushes smoke out

      I use a cbd vape with no nicotine and little to no thc. It’s a good way to maybe keep the oral fixation but not have the nicotine. Cbd could even help with some of the anxiety.
