Struggling with Nicotine Addiction and BPD/Bipolar

hi guys, has anybody tried to stop vaping and end your nicotine addiction while having bpd and bipolar? i feel like it messing me up even worse with the withdrawals. i’m 32 days clean but still craving it and it’s making me more angry than usual, i would take this to a nicotine addiction app or something but i’m pretty sure it’s making my moods switch fast as heck. i just need someone who relates to help🤧

I think CBD vapes are a way better option. They have no nicotine!

Chantix. Chantix, chantix, chantix. Results vary, but I have been successfully not smoking since 2016? And I only picked up smoking ecigs in rehab, it was the only proven vice available, to deal with all the bullshit that is groups. Worst decision, most addictive substance I have ever tried, still think about it on the toilet rarely. It took me 1-2 years on chantix and I reduced my smoking throughout that time. As with all meds, results may vary. I've heard a lot of people having much quicker results. For me though, nicotine gripped my soul.

My moods switch all day still tho besides at night . Depends on the way, I recommended easing off nicotine with CBD and see how you feel. Make sure you can take CBD with a medication you’re on tho. If you’re on one !

I got u. Just stay clean and Trust the Process! Get your fine ass to meetings! Keep up the good work you are worth it❤️❤️❤️ I'm 7mo clean after severe depression happened and I chose to use. I had the years. If I can do it you can too.

✋ well I’m not going to sugarcoat it but quitting nicotine is harder than heroine, I will say that vaping isn’t a permanent fix but if you can ween yourself with it at your own pace then you will probably have a better success, also if you slip up don’t beat yourself up, just start the quitting process again and eventually you will win the battle, just remember a habit was developed and a habit can be broken but only if you want to do it! Good luck!
