Yep each day when you wake up is a surprise how you will feel. Two days ago I woke up feeling great, only thing that hurt was my shoulder a bit and that's a great day. Yesterday I was a crippled ball and couldn't move. I'm quitting my job as a CNA for a more sedentary field. My working movements make all the difference in how I feel

Diagnosed about 10 yrs ago. Most important thing for me is movement, walking, hand exercises, etc. Sitting or laying for any length of time created stiffness which is painful. Prescription drugs have given me neuropathy so took myself off all meds and use home remedies such as heat and supplements for joint health. I think diet, I switched to a Mediterranean diet, exercise/movement are helpful for me. Unfortunately with RA you never know how you're going to wake up but stay strong and good luck and feel free to reach out anytime🥰
