Newly Diagnosed with POTS: Seeking Advice

Hi! I am a newly diagnosed POTS patient. After 13 years of dealing with so many symptoms, it all came together on 5/2/22. I have to admit, I’m still struggling in ways. I’m looking for any advice that could make this journey a little less scary. Thanks!!

Thank you both! This week was a rough one in terms of POTS. I just spent so much of it in bed, which is not me. I’m just mad about the whole situation and questioning a lot. I’ve just be thrown into this new life when I had barely started to understand the “normal” one I was living. I hope you both have a great weekend! Even though it’s looking like rain, I’ll get my cuddle time with the husband and our 4 furbabies!
