Hi All. Thought it would give this a try. Relatively newly diagnosed w lupus 44yo female. Starting a treatment plan. Just wondered what worked for others. Cheers!

Still trying to figure it out!! Definitely changed up my diet to help with pain (cut out a lot of sugar) but certain medicines and infusions helped my particular symptoms. Therapy as well has been really helpful for managing stress that is illness related. All the best 🤗
