Newly Diagnosed with Crohn's Disease - Looking for Support

Hi guys just looking to relate to ppl with Crohn’s. Was just diagnosed in 5/21 and still learning the ropes! Mine is in my ilium, I have strictures and a fistula.

I was diagnosed with UC first then the diagnosis changed to Crohn’s. I got sick in college and had to have a colectomy off the bat. Has anyone else had surgery?

It’s been a bumpy road since diagnosis but overall it’s been up from there! I was diagnosed in high school about 8 years ago and have since achieved remission. I hope the same for you!

Hi! I was diagnosed in 2008 and I still learn more about Crohn's all the time. It was pretty rough for me when I was first diagnosed but as time goes on, you get used to how to handle it.
