hey! i have primarily ADD too and i just take at least 2 Tbs of instant coffee every morning and take Melatonin at night!

Meds have always scared me. In a perfect world, I won't need to take them everyday. This is my first day on the Adderall and I've been anxious to some degree since putting the pill in my mouth 😫 My biggest issues with ADHD has been executive dysfunction and forgetfulness, I'm not sure it's helped with either so far but I'm trying my best to stay calm and patient. ❤️

Yeah, I think it's been a little easier to get up and do things I would otherwise struggle with motivating myself to do but I'm so low energy, it's similar to the sleepiness of an antihistamine. Is that a normal reaction? I thought it was suppose to be a stimulant lol

Hey, I was also just diagnosed with ADHD(combined type) and GAD. I’m still learning new things about both all the time. At the moment I’ve decided to not do medication, and I’m still all over the place but I’ve gotten much better at managing them. If you ever wanna talk feel free to send me a message

Thank you, Ttubs. The meds are finally wearing off and I think I'm gonna talk to my doctor on Monday to lower the dose. Im gonna try once more over the weekend, but the side effects I was feeling completely laid me out to the point that any benefit was over-shadowed. Thanks y'all for your comments ❤️
